Job Summary: This role is responsible for the generation, dispatch, management, and close out of commercial facility maintenance and repair work orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, generate, dispatch, and close out work orders
- Efficient route generation for field technicians
- Data entry into client and internal online work order systems
- Subcontractor procurement and on-boarding
- A great positive attitude with customers
Required Education/Experience:
- GED or High school Diploma
- 5+ years project coordinating or customer service experience within the construction field
- Previous experience with commercial C-Store or Grocery Stores is a plus
