Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a passion for helping others. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required as training will be provided.
Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, processing orders, and handling customer complaints professionally.
