Job Description
Afni Philippines is excited to announce openings for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) at our Commonwealth Avenue location in Quezon City (One Felicity Center). In this role, you will utilize your exceptional customer interaction skills to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a BPO setting, preferably with international accounts.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong communication abilities: conversational, confident, and spontaneous.
- Excellent comprehension and quick learning skills.
- Capable of thriving in a paperless environment while following information security protocols.
- NBI clearance is mandatory before the commencement of employment.
