Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team onsite. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any complaints promptly and professionally.
- Building strong customer relationships through trust and open communication.
- Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order fulfillment.
- Processing customer orders and ensuring their accurate and timely delivery.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any product or service issues.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a problem-solving mindset. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
