Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats, maintaining customer records, and providing product information.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
