Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents at Orbit Career Job Hirings PH.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Know company products and services to effectively address inquiries.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite.
- Filipino Citizen or holds relevant residence status.
- At least 18 years old; High school diploma required.
- Conversant in English; strong listening skills preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php17,987.00 – Php26,912.00 per month.
