Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents at Orbit Jobs Pro.
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, providing accurate solutions.
- Know the company’s products and services to address inquiries.
- Maintain professionalism and patience with challenging customers.
Qualifications:
- Amenable for Face to Face Interview.
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status.
- At least High School Graduate, 18 years old and above.
- Conversant in English; strong listening skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php24,892.00/month
