Role Description

We are actively searching for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer service and support to our valued clients. This position involves direct interaction with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Work Location:

  • Quezon City
  • Taguig
  • Makati
  • Paranaque
  • Ortigas
  • Cainta

Work schedule and setup:

  • Office-based
  • Shifting/ Nightshift
  • Dayshift for candidates with AU Tax experience

Qualifications:

  • At least High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably an international voice account in BPO.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and information management.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving customer needs and product updates.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
