Job Description
OrbitOfficials is looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customers’ needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Understand company products and services during training.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with challenging customers.
Qualifications:
- Must attend onsite interview.
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status.
- 18 years old and above; at least a high school graduate.
- Conversant in Basic English.
- Strong listening skills and patience.
