Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
Our client, Doxa7 Solutions, Inc., is hiring an Outbound Caller to engage drivers for a delivery partner. The role involves reactivating inactive applicants as active drivers. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, results-oriented, and passionate about sales and customer service.
SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), observing Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Make outbound calls to reactivate drivers and motivate them to return to driving
- Achieve daily call targets, update information in the CRM system, and enhance strategies
- Collaborate with the team to optimize practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year experience in outbound sales or related field
- CRW systems familiarity and excellent communication skills
- Proven success in meeting targets
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Php39,00.00 – Php47,00.00 per month
Benefits: Work from home
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Evening shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary
