Job Description
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless payment processes? We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative specializing in Payments to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their payment-related inquiries, providing information on various payment methods, resolving payment issues, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. You will also collaborate with different departments to address and resolve customer concerns related to payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance regarding payments.
- Explaining different payment options and assisting customers in choosing the most suitable method.
- Investigating and resolving payment-related issues, such as missing payments, payment discrepancies, or rejected transactions.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as Finance and Sales, to resolve customer concerns and ensure accurate payment processing.
- Updating and maintaining customer payment records and ensuring data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably with a focus on payments or finance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using payment processing systems and software.
