Job Description
People Matter PH is actively seeking qualified candidates for the Customer Service Representative position. This role is pivotal to our start-up shared services, supporting one of the world’s leading FMCG companies. You will assist clients in Australia and New Zealand with inquiries related to financial products, sales, and technology services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries regarding financial products and resolve technical issues.
- Provide assistance with account management and billing inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of BPO experience, with at least 6 months in Australian/New Zealand accounts.
- Onsite work in BGC, Taguig is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
