Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a permanent day shift basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
