Job Description
PhilCare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves:
- Endorsement for adding/deleting & monitoring deliverables
- Issuing Letters of Authorization (LOA)
- Distributing cards
- Handling case/availment endorsements
- Responding to benefit & provider inquiries
- Being the frontline for cases/concerns
- Coordinating VIP access/availments
Requirements:
- College Graduate (any course)
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Allied medical course graduates are a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
- Available to start ASAP
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00/month. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and paid training.
