Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for current clients, promptly addressing their queries, concerns, and service needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs and service delivery are seamless.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or in any related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Highly organized and able to juggle competing priorities effectively.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and resilient.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Must be willing to work in Binondo, Manila.
