Job Description
The Customer Operations Specialists – E-Commerce will focus on E-Commerce and Social Engagements across multiple channels/platforms for Udenna Brands (PPI, PLPI, PFM). They will coordinate with stakeholders regarding Customer orders and concerns, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
Responsibilities include resolving compliance issues, driving resolution of customer concerns, acting as the first line of contact for customers, and using Continuous Improvement tools to enhance operations. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and assist the Operations team as needed.
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift
Work Location: In person
