Job Description

PMC Recruitment is looking for a passionate and committed Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated in-house team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers in Australia and New Zealand through both inbound and outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, delivering product and service information, and effectively resolving issues to ensure a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities: Professionally handle calls, resolve customer concerns, document interactions, collaborate with team members, and maintain high satisfaction standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service (at least 1 year with AU/NZ customers), excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work on-site.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Up to Php40,00.00/month
