Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and vivacious CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE with great communication and administration skills for a fast-growing on-call startup.

Duties and Responsibilities:
ADMIN
- Basic bookkeeping
- Point of contact with benefit vendors
CUSTOMER SERVICES
- Generate sales leads via FB chat
- Manage incoming messages on FB Meta Business
- Build good customer relationships
- Resolve complaints and follow up
- Identify customers’ needs
- Meet sales objectives
Qualifications:
- Fresh grads encouraged to apply
- CS experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Approachable and helpful attitude
- Strong critical thinking skills
Job Details:
- Fully remote
- Mondays to Saturdays, no night shifts
Salary Details:
- Php9,00.00 – Php12,00.00 per month
