Job Description
- Assisting customers with complaints and answering their questions about our products and services via all channels.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1-year customer frontline experience for any consumer brand; or
- At least 1-year experience in any position such as sales, customer service rep, Call center agent, telemarketing, receptionist, and the like.
- At least 2 years of accumulated work experience in the corporate setting.
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course. Preferably in the field of Communications, Marketing, Business, or Administration.
- Knowledgeable or enthusiastic about technology.
- Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
