As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with mobile customers via voice or live chat to provide:
- Accurate information about plans and services
- Assistance in activating or cancelling services
- Support in setting up or updating accounts
- Answers to basic troubleshooting and billing concerns
- Details regarding customer complaints
- Promotion of self-service options
Your responsibilities also include documenting customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
