Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, as well as processing orders and managing customer accounts.
