Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at RC. In this role, you will handle customer complaints, manage incoming calls, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
- Clarify customer complaints and resolve product issues.
- Select and explain optimal solutions for customer problems.
Requirements:
- High School or College Undergraduate.
- 1 year of BPO (Voice) experience.
- Driver’s License required.
- Willing to work onsite, Monday to Friday.
Salary: Php20,00 – Php30,00 per month
