Job Description
This is a PURELY ONSITE work. Office is located in Double Dragon, Pasay City.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of CSR Experience is a MUST
- Excellent English communication skills
- Can provide instructions clearly to the client
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information and assistance on our client’s products and services
- Create, manage, and drive closure on service requests
- Solve problems promptly and handle issues requiring special handling
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Government Numbers (SS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth and BIR)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php28,00.00 per month
