Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team with a focus on handling reservations. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their reservation inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or reservations is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
