Job Description
Join Risewave Consulting Inc. as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will be responsible for handling pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales inquiries through our customer service hotline. Providing timely and effective solutions, maintaining high-quality communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction are crucial parts of your daily tasks.
We welcome both college graduates and undergraduates residing in Metro Manila, with at least 1 year of Customer Service/BPO experience, strong communication skills, and a professional attitude. This is a full-time position requiring onsite work with a rotational shift schedule.
