Job Description
Hire Reactor is hiring for a Customer Service role at Sales Rain, a dental company based in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Perform eligibility and benefits verification for treatments.
- Review patient bills for accuracy.
- Handle 60+ patient calls per day.
- Communicate with insurance companies.
- Resolve patient inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of US Healthcare experience.
- Experience with medical billing preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Must work on-site in Makati, Philippines, in a night shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
