We are looking for a personable, experienced call center agent professional for our clients. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to our clients’ potential customers regarding a variety of products and utility services. The Customer Service Representative works with clients who have complaints or need information about billing services such as electricity, water, or internet. They also provide individualized solutions and prioritize the customers’ needs throughout the process.
