Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and provide important information/assistance to clients.
- Check mail, fax, and internet mail to assist customers.
- Manage online guidelines for responding to customer queries.
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to resolve concerns efficiently.
- Follow escalation procedures as needed.
