Job Description
Schneider Electric is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction. This role involves post-sales support for our core product line and advising customers on product selection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide post-sales support via phone, chat, and email.
- Coordinate with teams to enhance customer experience.
- Assist customers with product selection and configuration.
- Route large opportunities to sales teams for follow-up.
Qualifications:
