Job Description
We are urgently hiring for Customer Service Representatives at our Metro sites! Enjoy a one-day hiring process and earn up to Php 28,00 monthly.
As a Content Moderation Specialist, you will collaborate with customer service and technical teams to ensure a positive user experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and escalating inappropriate content.
- Explaining moderation decisions constructively to users.
- Documenting incidents for continuous improvement.
- Regularly reviewing moderation tools and processes.
