Job Description
SIX ELEVEN GLOBAL SERVICES & SOLUTION INC is seeking a committed Health Care Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle data entry, provide essential administrative support, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure a smooth experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for accurately updating patient records, addressing inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with both patients and healthcare providers.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess a minimum of 6 months of CSR experience, demonstrate strong data entry capabilities, exhibit excellent communication skills, and maintain confidentiality handling sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time, with a salary range of Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month, working an 8-hour shift in-person.
