Job Description
SKY GROUP OF COMPANIES seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative. Fresh graduates are welcome. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and complaints; preparing quotations; maintaining client records; collecting feedback; identifying product issues; and assisting with installation scheduling.
Requirements:
- College graduate or equivalent experience
- Commitment to excellent customer service and sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Salary: Php13,00–Php15,00/month. Benefits include promotion opportunities, paid training, and conversion to permanent employment. On-site work required.
