Job Description
· Attends to EastWest Healthcare’s general inquiries, facilitates out-patient availments through the 24/7 Hotline.
· Facilitates Hospital Admission and Discharges of EastWest Healthcare Members through the 24/7 Hotline.
· Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
· Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
