Job Description
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a relevant degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail sales role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of various beauty products, trends, and brands.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering product recommendations, addressing inquiries, and resolving any customer complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Cultivate strong product knowledge to effectively promote and upsell our beauty brand’s merchandise.
- Assist in processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and updating customer accounts accurately.
- Collaborate with our team to meet sales targets and contribute ideas on improving customer satisfaction and the overall shopping experience.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
