Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a relevant degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or retail sales role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of various beauty products, trends, and brands.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by offering product recommendations, addressing inquiries, and resolving any customer complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Cultivate strong product knowledge to effectively promote and upsell our beauty brand’s merchandise.
• Assist in processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and updating customer accounts accurately.
• Collaborate with our team to meet sales targets and contribute ideas on improving customer satisfaction and the overall shopping experience.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
