Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely manner, and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Full training will be provided to the suitable candidate.
