Job Description
Job segmentation:
- Telephone (IVR) Team: The voice service team interacts with users through voice mode to complete service tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales inquiries via the customer service hotline.
- Provide timely solutions during phone conversations and ensure efficient communication.
- Maintain call responsiveness, adhere to online standards, and ensure agent efficiency.
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolve order issues, and convey feedback accurately.
- Complete assigned work tasks and promptly communicate customer suggestions.
Job Requirements:
- Prefer candidates with basic knowledge of the hotel industry.
- Must have good work ethics, stress tolerance, responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork.
- Openness to shift work and rotating breaks is necessary.
