Job Description
Sumisho Motor Finance Corporation is in search of a highly motivated Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate should hold at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing, or related fields, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
This position entails managing customer inquiries via inbound calls, SMS, and emails. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with loan balances, addressing complaints, and conducting tele-sales activities.
This is a full-time, permanent role with an 8-hour work shift.
