Job Description
We are continuously seeking dedicated candidates to join our team at Sunbloom Careers.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 Year of BPO/Customer Service Experience
- HS (Old Curriculum)/SHS/College graduate
- Good to Above Communication Skills
- Availability to work onsite with flexible schedules
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer concerns via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve issues on the first contact when possible.
- Match customer demands with Clients’ offerings.
