Job Description
Sutherland Global Services, located in Clark, Pampanga, is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Technical Account team. In this role, you will address customer inquiries and provide technical troubleshooting related to our products.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with the installation and uninstallation of antivirus products, configuration, and resolving technical issues. Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and via email, are a must.
Minimum qualifications include 5 years of experience in an international BPO environment, excellent proficiency in English, and a flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php32,550.00 – Php35,050.00 per month.
