Job Description
You are joining Sutherland, a global business transformation company offering back-office and customer service support services. As a Customer Service Associate, you will deliver high-quality service for a Hotel Reservations program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and booking changes
- Access and verify customer information
- Process booking exchanges and refunds
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in college or relevant work experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
