Job Description
Swak BPO Corp. is one of the fastest-growing BPO centers in the Clark Freeport Zone. We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Build strong customer relationships
- Provide accurate information and resolve complaints
- Engage with clients proactively
Job Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Track record of meeting targets
- Customer service and active listening skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
*On-site work in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
