Job Description
Customer Service Representatives are the dynamic and highly-driven CSRs of TCS. These professionals excel in handling customer inquiries with enthusiasm and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Answer product and service questions
- Open and maintain customer accounts
- Resolve product or service issues
- Recommend products or services
- Contribute to team efforts
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer navigation knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
