Job Description
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance with inquiries, orders, and complaints. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound customer calls and emails, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Providing product information, troubleshooting technical problems, and offering solutions to meet customer needs
