Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Answer inbound customer calls 24/7 to open new support requests and provide updates on existing requests.
- Update customer contact information for auto-routing of calls in Connectwise Manage.
- Monitor call queues, service boards, and ticket assignments to ensure prompt resolution.
- Prioritize tickets/calls to meet SLAs.
- Organize tickets and client requests for the Managed Services Department.
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize tasks and communicate effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Focus on customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
