Job Description

Salary: Php 22,670 per month

Location: McKinley West, Taguig City

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical inquiries
  • Verify and update account information
  • Review escalation/disputes and KPIs
  • Net Promoter Score tracking
  • Qualifications:
    • 6 months call center experience required
    • Good communication and computer skills
    • Willingness to work onsite in McKinley West

Hiring Process:
