Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking dedicated candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve issues on the first contact without transferring callers.
- Match customer needs to our clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to address objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share insights with internal and external clients.
What We Offer: Competitive salary Php 18,00 – Php 28,00, benefits, and growth opportunities.
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday.
