Job Description

We are seeking an on-site Non-Voice Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient, and experienced in managing customer issues without direct verbal communication. This position involves a 6-day workweek with a 12-hour shift, offering 1 day off per week. You will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our content creators, clients, and audience while promoting a welcoming and inclusive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about our services, platform features, and upcoming events.
  • Track customer interactions and ensure prompt follow-ups, maintaining excellent response times.
  • Handle complaints and offer solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve any ongoing customer concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a non-voice customer service role (e.g., email or chat support).
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly and efficiently resolve customer concerns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Knowledge or experience working within the LGBTQIA community is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work a 6-day workweek with 12-hour shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
