Job Description
We are seeking an on-site Non-Voice Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient, and experienced in managing customer issues without direct verbal communication. This position involves a 6-day workweek with a 12-hour shift, offering 1 day off per week. You will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our content creators, clients, and audience while promoting a welcoming and inclusive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information about our services, platform features, and upcoming events.
- Track customer interactions and ensure prompt follow-ups, maintaining excellent response times.
- Handle complaints and offer solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve any ongoing customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a non-voice customer service role (e.g., email or chat support).
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly and efficiently resolve customer concerns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Knowledge or experience working within the LGBTQIA community is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work a 6-day workweek with 12-hour shifts.
