Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. Listed below are the vacant positions available:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs with provided guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers.
General Qualifications:
- Onsite interview required
- Conversant in English
- BPO experience a plus
- Good typing skills
- At least high school graduate
CSBB Account Qualification:
- Education: 2 years completed in college, no back subjects
- 6 months BPO experience, financial services background preferred
Nice to have:
- Proven customer service experience

Pay: Up to Php28,00.00 per month
