Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Assist customers with product orders, returns, and exchanges
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
- Build strong relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
