Job Description
Toovem Philippines OPC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative. Your primary responsibility will include addressing client complaints, orders, inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls, handle complaints, master active listening, keep accurate records, and navigate complex situations with empathy.
